Summer is here and you should buy this house!

Well, with that we had a slow May. Mostly, I think because of the first time homebuyer and the tax credit for everyone expiring at the end of April and then we had proms and we had graduations and people getting out of school and school is letting out, so May was a little bit slower than anticipated. April was fantastic and I think we're going to have a very good June because June is off to a good start so far.
Now, throughout the summer months, I want to tell you about homes during this market update that I think are really good buy and a really good bargain if you're looking to buy in Denver. The first one I want to tell you about is 10101 Brady Place and that's in Highlands Ranch.
Now Highlands Ranch is a very sought after community in the south part of the city-south of Denver, southern suburbs. Highlands Ranch is a real big family community, about 115,000 people. Part of Douglas County, very well planned and this particular house on Brady Place is a three car garage about 3800 square feet, four bed, four bath and its sides to open space. Also right across from that open space is Red Stone Elementary School so if you've got little ones, they can walk just right across the green belt to school.
